how do I group my leads for business in salesforce ?

Example: In a lead want to appear all contacts who work at the same company , it is possible ?

You can create a custom VF page which shows list of Contacts associated with Account on Lead. This page can sit as inline VF page on your lead detail page,

Fetch all contacts who have same company(Account) and display it in  Vf pageand use this in lead detail page.
