Automating Time-based Actions with Workflow Challenge Error

Hello Salesforce Community, 

I'm having an error with this challenge on Automating Time-based Actions with Workflow: Error Below

Challenge not yet complete... here's what's wrong: 
The 'Set Case to Escalated' Workflow field update action was not found.

Here are my screenshots for the criteria and the rule activation below:

I was able to go in and fix some small errors I made in syntax. The case sensitivity made all the difference, the names had to be exact and I had the case escalated to a user and not the case owner as it was stipulated in the question. Again, when one is tired we aren't as precise as we should be. Thanx for your input William.

Is your "set case to escalated" 4 different words with unique name Set_Case_to_Escalated.

I can't tell if you have setCase or set Case, it looks like one work.

Again if the name is not exact, you won't pass.

This may apparently be due to a name-space issue.

I had the same problem. It is a namespace issue. Create another dev account and compliate the chalange.
