Workflow Email alert failing

Hi all,

Worflow email alert is not working. Please help me find out solution for sending workflow email alert.

Hi Subharajyoti,

Please check your deliverability in the salesforce org. If you org setup All Email in deliverability, then check the test deliverability option. If the test deliverability is not working please check the following option.

Goto Setup - > Email relay activation (If you port or IP is blocked  then email is not work).

Thanks for the reply. ya i checked the test deliverability, I am not getting any mails from test deliverability. Could you help me setup the Email Relay activation. And one more thing i want to update that Email alert is working fine from other sandboxes but from this sandbox where i have created my own site URL, i am facing this issue. Is that also can be the reason??

Hi Subrajyoti,

Please check your production email relay activation setup. If the setup is different from production to sandbox, then apply the changes to sandbox (setup the similar to production)
