How do I get my badges lit?

Hello, I earned badges for the Cultivate Equality at Work on Wednesday (with Trailhead account linked to my Salesforce email address - John Hislop 8) and the badges are not lighting on my profile - can you direct me to where I can get this fixed? Thanks!

Under you name click on my settings. there will be an option to show your trailhead abdges and certificates

when completing a Trailblazer using production, to create a report for instance, how do I check that it is correct, the option check challenge is greyed out -all my emails are the same and linked? thanks
