Lightning: How can I create Report and DashBoard Folders? How to schedule Reports?

Having trouble with reports. I can´t find the option to create Report and DashBoard Folders, nor schedule Reports.
Does anyone knows how to do that?

Please make sure that you have create report dashboard privilege/permissions.

Kind of limted...  Feels like I have to develop at Classic and keep only users at Lightining. And the cache problems... OMG! Any modify, have to press F5 to reflect. But it´s a new world for developers and it will be a nice platform to work with (in a few more editions).
