Getting SSL Certificate Signed for force.com

Hi,

I reached out to regular support and they directed me here. We would like to secure force.com with SSL. I issued the certificate but we just need it signed. How do I go about doing this?

Hi,

I did not quite get your question, but Salesforce is already ussing SSL. You access salesforce using https://login.salesforece right?
Please let me know your exact requirement on what you are trying to achieve?

yes force.com is secured by SSL but we have one of our knowledgebases hosted on carbonite.force.com and it doesn't seem to be secured through SSL. We get the security warning when adding https to it. I wanted to get a cert signed specifically for that address. Is that possible?
