Can't find My Personal Information

Hi, hope you can help me with my problem. From the Trail:

Don’t want to have to do those clicks every time you log in? Make Setup your home page! Here’s how:
From the left pane, select one of the following:
If you clicked My Settings | Setup, select Display & Layout | Customize My Pages.
If you clicked Setup, select My Personal Information | Personal Information, and then click Edit. <I have setup in my Force.com but i can't find this My Personal Information...where can i find it?
Select Make Setup My Default Landing Page.
Click Save.

Thanks Mahesh. I appreciate the help. I'm just starting out and i was able to get through the process. I'm kinda stucked on the sandbox part. I wanted to try downloading a free app on appExchange. It asked me about downloading to a sandbox but when i tried logging in to the sand box...it's not accepting my userid and password. The same credentials that i've been using in the developer.salesforce.com. Do we have access to the sandbox for free? or we have to pay for it? thanks for your help

Hi Lizzie,

For getting the Sandbox, there are 2 ways:

Free:

https://www.salesforce.com/form/signup/freetrial-platform.jsp

Register using the above URL and you can simulate the realtime environment.

Go to Setup --> Sandbox

And you can create a Sandbox.

Chargeable:

Need to take the License from Salesforce.

Mahesh

Hi Mahesh/ or anyone who is nice enough to help,

thank you so much for your help. I'm just doing the registration to the sandbox now but i'm having a hard time logging into the sandbox. So, these are the steps that i did:
1. Went to https://www.salesforce.com/form/signup/freetrial-platform.jsp and signed up.
2. Navigated to Setup --> Sandbox and i created a Sandbox. I saw it as pending then the following morning i got an email that my sandbox is now read to be used.
3. This is instruction in the email. I tried to click on the URL that they have given and it gave me my userid as: liezel_icuspit-5bes@force.com.lizsandbox. I used the same password when i registered in #1 but i wasn't able to get in.

Dear Sandbox administrator,

Your new sandbox "LizSandbox" is ready for use. Click https://cs20.salesforce.com/?un=liezel_icuspit-5bes%40force.com.lizsandbox to log in now.

Your users can log in from https://cs20.salesforce.com/ by appending ".lizsandbox" to their salesforce.com user logins. For example, if your login in your production account isuser@company.domain, then your login for this sandbox is user@company.domain.lizsandbox.

Thank you,

salesforce.com

Then i tried to click on the forgot your password but it asked me questions that i didnt even setup so i couldn't answer it correctly. I'm stucked :( Can you please help?

Thanks,
Newbie Lizzie
