Notification to sandbox owner for project downloads through Eclipse

Hi All,
I am the owner of a sandbox. I just wanted to know, will I get any kind of notification that the project has been donwloaded through eclipse?

No ther is no way to get notification that your code has been downloaded though you can use Audit trail or login history to identify changes done by different developer in your organization.
