Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: The sharing rule did not behave as expected.

I've worked on this for a couple of days now, read old forum posts and triple checked everything. It all looks correct.  What can I be missing?

Please update Priority EQUALS High . in your screen shot that is Hgh.
