HI Pooja,

Web To Case cannot accept Attachments.

You can use SOAP/Rest API to insert attachments with cases.

You can create VF page and publish it on Site. That seems good approach. the only disadvantage to it would be you will not be able to put that VF page on your corporate site without using iFrame. And there are many potential problems with using iFrame. Please let us know if this helps.

Kindly mark this as solved if it's resolved.

Thanks,
Nagendra

Hi Nagendra,
If I use iframe and would like to get SSL for the visualF web to case page, is it possible? The company's website is not on Force.com. It's drupal.
Thank you.
