unfortunately no, solution relates to 'New Event, Log a Call, New Task are missing from the Activity' ,but  I have another use case. I want to add custom 'global action' to Opportunity -> activities.
i.e. I want to get something like
| New Task | Log a Call | New Event |  Email | My custom tab |
