loading package for superbadge business admin specialist

Hi - I've tried over the past couple weeks to get the unmanaged package loaded into my specifically created new Trailhead playgorund for the Business Admin Superbadge. I've even followed to directions for going incognito and it still tries to install on my org dev org. The settings show the default to be my newly created superbadge playground and i've lauched it so i know it is connected. Any suggestions. Thanks

Sorry for this issue you are encountering.


Create a new playground so your previous work does not affect our effort. Open the playground and install the unmanaged package provided in the instructions. I found the quickest way to do that is to take the part of unmanaged package address that starts with /packaging/installPackage.apexp… and append it to your playground’s address after …my.salesforce.com/. Then just follow the on-screen instructions to install it.

Hi - I got all this working and have gotten almost done with the SuperBadge. I'm checking my work and got this on Reports and Dashboards: Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: There was an unexpected error while verifying this challenge. Usually this is due to some pre-existing configuration or code in the challenge Org. We recommend using a new Developer Edition (DE) to check this challenge. If you're using a new DE and seeing this error, please post to the developer forums and reference error id: LEEYHROR Am I done and have to start all over again? Jennifer
