Hello,
I [Admin] want to know who is doing data export activity in Salesforce account.
I have doone the same thing for other objects using Triggers and enable field tracking history.
But can any one suggest , how can i enable audit on data export [I just want to know userid,email]

It is available only in enterprise and unlimited editions but you need to Contact salesforce.com to activate this feature for your organization.
You have to pay an extra fee to Salesforce support for enabling this feature.
