X-Author ThisAddinShutdown error
Hi all,
I am trying to connect to Salesforce with X-Author for Excel. Has anyone run into this error:
Message: String was not recognized as a valid Boolean.
at System.Boolean.Parse(String value)
at Apttus.XAuthor.AppRuntime.Modules.ApttusCommandBarManager.IsAppLoading()

I am trying to determine if our company's new Network Group Policy is blocking the app from working, but I am not able to confirm this from the details here.
