how to update Opportunity Stage when quote send to customer through mail ?

Hi all,
I have a requirement, Update Oypportunity Stage when quote send to customer through mail.
I achived through Trigger on Task.
Is it possible to do with process builder.

There are multiple ways of acievening this, Trigger is one of them, but as per best practice, try to use point and click as max as possible.
Process builder, as you mentioned, will be your best shot i believe. You can order/sequence your actions. Once mail is sent, you can update the field or vice versa.
