1. in Lightning, open the record where these related list are associated with eg. Account record
2. then click the Setup icon and click "Edit Page"
3. under Related, click the section on where the related lists are eg. "Contracts", "Projects" etc.
4. on the upper right hand side of your screen, look for the "Change Related List Display" and click the drop down arrow
5. Choose "List" and SAVE
6. once "Saved" click "Refresh" button to make sure of the change
7. if successful, go back to the record and check if the related list view now shows as a list or table
