Can anyone share some realtime scenarios/examples where I can use process builder, flow in salesforce?

I am naive in salesforce development and currently learning it. It would be helpful if one can explain the usual client requirements with realtime examples, where we need to create a process using builder & flow. Thanks.

Process Builder:
Create Order from Qoute once qoute status changes.
Create defualt Contacts while creating Account

Flow
Create screen to get user input and based on user input perform some action like redirect to another page.

If your requirement to run some process in background use Process Builder and when user interation come into picture use Flow.
