Error uploading a package 48850972-788876 (14361183)

I get the above error when creating and uploading a package. I am having difficulty trying to determine the cause.  Also, can not figure out how to contact salesforce support even though the error message told me to.  Can anyone help?  Thanks.

Hey Steve,

Do you see a Help and Training link in the top right hand corner of your organization? (This may not be available in DE or a Trailhead Playground). If that is there, click it and go to the Contact Support tile, click Create a Case.

Like so:

Thank you Christiansen,  I tried doing that but the tiles that led me to open a case were all in vain if I asked a development question.  I finally was able to open one if I picked a non development issue. Steve
