Compile all apex classes and triggers

How to Compile all the apex classes and triggers in Production? Is there any way to compile through code?

 

PS:
1. We have Compile all classes option available in Apex Classes page. I don't see something similar to that for triggers.
2. I already raised a case with Salesforce Support to enable that functionality as per this article (as I face similar issue): https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=000229072&type=1
Would like to explore more on how to compile all triggers without reaching Salesforce Support if any.

Unfortunately, this is not available as of now.
