how to add reference fields in web form using web to any or any other way ?

Actually, i have created a web form of custom object using web to any , now in this form some reference fields are also included , so while creating web form it is asking for default value of reference fields but i dnt want to give it because i want input from user for these fields. So help me to resolve this problem.

Is there any other way to resolve it, actually i want to take input from user in leave request form but employee name in  the app is parent so how to integrate ? How to take input from user in the form and after submit button click ,it should store all the values into salesforce custom  object fields.? Form should only be online.
