You really don't have any access to modify code from managed package.
- Get in touch with the publisher to find out the root cuase for the error. else
- Uninstall the package so that you can save your records.

Hi,

I understand that there are several limitations while we are using managed packages but it would be great if you could help with a little more details.

Moreover if you are getting the error and there is no Switch provided to stop the flow of trigger, then I suppose you will have to go inline with the package settings and create the code accordingly.

Thanks!
