Unable to sign up for an Einstein platform service account

I am trying to navigate to the sign up page at https://api.einstein.ai/signup - it brings me to the page to sign up using salesforce (or Heroku).  I am clicking on the sign up using Salesforce.
I click on the Allow access - and get "An error occured while serving your request" email already registered. 
How do I get around this to be able to download the private key needed ?

Did you happen to find or hear anything back on this? I am wondering this as well and nowhere where to start.

I get followign error when signing up "https://api.einstein.ai/signup."

I was having the same problem, and after digging around on here, I tried two things. First, I reset my email address for the user name on the platform services account that I had set up for the Be an Innovator Trailmix (used my work email instead of my personal email) and then I pasted the signup link into an incognito window in Chrome, and that did the trick.
