Standard Components not available in Community Builder

Does anybody know that how can I put other standard components into the component panel? Currently, there is only 'Create Case Form'  available for using in my community builder.(I'm now using 'Partner Central' template).

Hi John,

This is generally an indication that Chatter has been turned off within your organization. You can re-enable chatter by accessing Chatter Settings within Setup. If you are needing to restrict access to Chatter for your users but still need these components, then we suggest enabling Profile Based Chatter for your organization.
