user lookup to show only users under a role

Hi everyone,

We have requirment that on lead object we have a field "Lead Owner" which is lookup to user. Here we need to show only the users under a role in the lead owner field.

Thanks for your reply but What I am expecting is, If i am a lead owner and when I want to change the lead owner, I need to see only the users under me and I should not see any other users.
