I am attempting a trail on sales process and use opportunities. Set Up Opportunity Stages requires me to - From Setup, click Customize. I do not see the customise tab, can someone please help?

in classic: go to setup, enter Opportunities in the quick search (left panel), click fields, click stage field. there u can add new or edit stages

in lightning: go to setup (from the cog icon), click Object Manager tab, click Opportunity, on the left side bar click Fields & Relationships and find on the right side the stage field and click it. there u can add new or edit stages
