How to link Trailhead account with Webassessor.com

I had my actual Gmail on Webassessor.com. I am doing Trailhead using Myname@companyname.com(not Actual email just a login name). But I verified Myname@companyname.com account using actual Gmail id(Which  I use on Webassessor).  So, I have question

1. Whatever I will complete on  Myname@companyname.com trailhead then It must show on my webassessor account then What I have to do.
2. Before using Myname@companyname account, I had done many badges using an old Email address which is not exist so can I merge that account on here.

Your question & anwers
1. You have to wait for an email from Trailhead team to link your trailhead account to  webassessor account. That email contains all the necesary steps and you dont have to have same email ids for Trailhead and Webassessor.

I still did not get any email from Trailhead team to link my trailhead account to  webassessor account. Infect, I had done 100 badges.

I had done 6 Super badges 10 days ago.

And I completed 1 Superbadge Today(01/March/18) i.e.

Data Integration Specialist

Issues as well. I follow the email link sent to me, and get a popup for the next step "Connect Your Trailhead", Now, check the email associated with your Trailhead account for your verfication code. Follow the instructions in your email to complete the link..... BUT nothing comes, is there a day delay, or just a bug?

I was facing the same issue, but today it worked for some reason, although it might not sound logical but this is what i did different:

1) linked all my social accounts to trailhead account, although i never used them to connect to salesforce before
2) open the email from salesforce to link the accounts in my Laptop, before i was trying from my mobile phone

and it worked :)

Same problem for me: my TH account is linked to an expired email account and I'm not able to link it to the webassessor one.

Even I have a similar issue. I click on the link and enter my TH email address. But I never receive a email with instructions to link the TH account and Webassessor.com accounts. Can anyone help me here?

I got the email on 7/3/18 with the instructions/link to connect trailhead and webassessor, but same issue.  No email to my inbox.  Opened a case with Salesforce, no further contact - it's been a week.  It shouldn't be this difficult!!!

Found my old email from July 20th and tried again, this time it worked...Closing, Certification Case 00251123

Hi, I also cannot link my TH and Webassessor account because I no longer have access to the mailbox used when creating my TH account. I have opened a case as well but no feedback so far. Somebody suggested to create a new TH account, merge the existing TH account to the new one, and link the new one to webassessor .... but I am not sure if this is a good workaround as I do not know how to get a new email asking to link accounts and not sure the old one would work with a new TH account ... if anybody manage to solve this issue of no longer having access to the mailbox used when creating the TH account, please let me know

Try to find out SFDC email having a subject as "Salesforce Certification – Summer ‘18 Maintenance Announcements".  In that email, Salesforce has provided the Button as "Link your Accounts", this button will redirect you to a page where you need to fill your SFDC trailhead account's email. 

I received verification email as well as confirmation emails in less than 1 min. I hope this information help you guys.

I think the email got delted accidentally from my mail box. Is there anyway we can get that email again from Salesforce Certification Team? I created a case with them but no response.

Looks like SF simplified the linking very recently. After clicking on the email link (screen 1 below ) I got after certification exam, I was able to very quickly link my webassessor and trailhead accounts. Following are screen shots.
