ChrisYaz Change default view from Apex Lightning to Classic for New Record?
Hello,
I'm new to Salesforce and am playing around in a sandbox. Each time I try to create a new Account in SalesForce Classic the New Account page switches to a Lightning page and "apex" is added to the URL. The Classic components seem to surround the lightning page in their own frame. Can somone plase let me know where this option was enabled? I can't seem to find it and for testing want to use the classic New Account / Account Detail page.

Goto Setup>Customize>Accounts>Button and Links> Select 'View'
In above image, view is not overridden by any VF or Lightning Component (Last Column is saying "Standard Salesforce.com Page"). In your case it may have VF page name or lightning bundle name.
Click "Edit", then you will get below page
Select "No Override" and Save.
In case if New Account button is overridden, as per first screenshot, check the "New" row and edit.
