How to install again if we uninstall any app by mistake? Even I looked into App exchange for the same App, I am unable to see.

I want to give more details on my question.
Previously, I Installed 'Recruiting App' but bymistake I uninstall it. After that, I was looking for 'Recruiting App' in AppExchange.
It won't appear in AppExchange. I am not sure how to find tht App.
