No, it isn't. Usually it's very fast.However I think there's a problem with the functioning of Trailblaze and its tools for the whole day.

I've been waiting for nearly 2 hours and it still isn't complete.  No option to delete it either or to create a new one, but seems like Trailhead is having issues across the board this morning.
