Challenge is not getting completed for https://trailhead.salesforce.com/trails/force_com_admin_intermediate/modules/picklist_admin/units/picklist_admin_manage

I have performed practical and click on Check Challenge button but it continue to spinning up and not showing if challenge is completed or not
