Promote an existing picklist’s values to a global value set, and assign it to another picklist

@deepak - You need to edit the field "Macaron Flavor" and then check the box to add it to the Global Value Set as seen in this trailhead: https://trailhead.salesforce.com/trails/force_com_admin_intermediate/modules/picklist_admin/units/picklist_admin_global

Then when you create the new "Shirt" field, a dropdown menu will appear for Flavors. Click this and you should be all good.
