Rollout Specialist Superbadge - Challenge 8

Getting Stuck with Following error while verifying Challenge 8 .Tried in multiple Trailhead Playgrounds and Developer Edition,But no Success.
Any known Isuues ?

Same issue, tried with 2 DE/Playgrounds.
