Flow component broken `&` symbol on picklist field

Hello, 
We have a flow component on our partner community, within that flow component we have a picklist of Media & Entertainment as an option. Inside the screen, the Media & Entertainment is actually represented as Media & Entertainment. The & is broken on the picklist. Can you please have someone look into releasing a hotfix to resolve the broken & symbol.
