Kati Lillstrang 6 The availability widget is missing from the Start Routing with Omni-Channel unit
I have checked everything now twice, found the typo from the custom app but still cannot route the case as expected. It looks like I am missing the widget from the page. I'm using Chrome which was claimed to be good browser for the trails. How did you get that widget to your page? My footer is almost empty including only page navigation.
