Create an Event Monitoring Analytics App
I'm trying to complete this but when I get to the Enable Analytics section there is not an option to Enable Event Log File Integration with Event Monitoring Analytics App. Also the permissions are not available in the following step. I tried to create the permission set but then I found that Laura Garza is not in the Org.
Are there pre-requisites for this trail beyond Get Started with Event Monitoring Analytics? Or, my Analytics DE Org is pretty old, do I need a new one?

You need to sign up for new account from below link
https://developer.salesforce.com/promotions/orgs/analytics-de
old org does not have that data.
