how to convert this format in apex to get time ?

2018-02-15T06:21:33.122Z, Am unable to format this string could you please help me out with clear steps to get US datetime format, Any  suggestions are very helpfull please help out

Thanks for your reply that links doesnt work because the given format is 2018-02-15T06:21:33.122Z'  please look into it and went through all codes but I could not able to get the acutal result please convert it to date and time and reply pls
