Chatter group in partner community portal

Hi All,
I need help on the chatter group issue.
I have created a chatter group in partner portal but I can't see the group in my internal org even every post is not feeded in internal chatter feed. Should I do anything for getting this?
I hope someone can assist me to do this.

If the internal user has access to the Partner Portal and the Group and you have the Lightning Experience then you can use Chatter Streams to access the group. Note: there are some limitations in the Winter '18 Release.
A chatter stream is similar to your "What I follow Feed" except its limited to the entities (like a group) that you add to it.

Quick Steps:
  1. Enable the Lightning Experience on your org
  2. Add Streams to the Partner Portal 
  3. Create a Stream in the Partner Portal and add the Group to it
  4. Go to your Internal Org in the Lightning Experience
  5. On the Chatter Tab on the left pane click "Streams"
  6. You should see the Community created Stream listed there
