Mass Transfer/Reassign Opportunities Salesforce Lab App issue "Object type not accessible"

I get the following error for only two user names. One is Active on is Inactive.
I have 30 ussers can test this mass transfere app on and only two of them threw up the error below.

The error is shows up when the Mass Transfer is pulling a object view from the object home page. As far as I can tell nothing is out of the ordinary there either.
