Can not get Knowledge Settings to show up in Setup

I am working on the Build a Community with Knowledge Trailhead and Chat and Do not get Knowledge Settings to show in SETUP.  I DID enable my user as a Knowledge User.  Thanks for any tips!

Hi,
Make sure that you have followed below steps before enabling.

From Setup, click Manage Users | Users.
Click Edit next to your name.
Select the Knowledge User checkbox.
Click Save.
Assigning a Knowledge User license makes the Knowledge pages show up in Setup.

And also make sure that you are in classic mode to check knowledge in setup.

Thanks Sandhya, I also couldn't see the Knowledge Settings in Lightning Setup.
