FABIO OLYNTHO Problem to see Sample Console in App
I was doing
https://trailhead.salesforce.com/modules/service_basics/units/service_basics_configure_console?trailmix_creator_id=00550000006yDdKAAU&trailmix_id=prepare-for-your-salesforce-administrator-credential
And I did several times activate the Service Cloud license and entered to Create | App - Sample Console - but in it does not appear Service Cloud to put visible.
Anyone anything that can solve ? I read in the forum and I was making it correct but fail.

Make sure that it has been assigned to your profile follow below steps.
From Setup, click Create | Apps, then Edit next to Sample Console.
In Assign to Profiles, click Visible next to your profile(System Administrator), then Save.
If this does not work I would suggest you try in new trailhead playground.
