Einstein Platform Service Account

I am trying to navigate to the sign up page at https://api.einstein.ai/signup - it brings me to the page to sign up using salesforce.  I am clicking on the sign up using Salesforce.
I click on the Allow access - and get "An error occured while serving your request" email already registered. 

Please help!

Chane your salesforce user email and then try to signup. with same email you can't signup more than once

Thank you Rajamohan! I have tried signing up under two different trailhead playground email addresses (as per the instructions in the module). Both email addresses produced the same error message, but I've never ever tried to create an Einstein Platform account before. I'm wondering if the issue has to do with somehow not fully signing out of salesforce--I am unclear on how to know if I am fully signed out (I am a salesforce employee). Hi Lisa,

Please hit 'https://api.einstein.ai/signup' in Incognito Tab may be it is taking another login session so issue is comming.
still if you are not able able to login then both of trailhead playground email addresses that you are using must be registred with Einstein service account.
can you check your mail box is there any mail reguarding Einstein service account - 'Welcome to Salesforce Einstein Platform Services' ?

Please note - The email address associated with your einstein account is the email address in your Salesforce org, not your Salesforce user name.

I am trying to navigate to https://api.einstein.ai/signup but got the error 'See https://trust.salesforce.com/en/blocked/'. I checked country restriction list and Ukrain(Kiev) is not there. Could you help me, please?

Hi, I faced the same problem while trying to loggin from Ukrainian IP location. Changing IP to the US location via VPN service has helped to resolve this issue.
