trailhead exercise can't be completed

HI ,  I am currently working on a badge that instructs me to Select the "Assign using active rule" when creating a case, but there is no such field , It is not available in page layout at all and it is also not available in classic view.

We have Assignment Rules in Salesforce for Leads and Cases. The use of Assignment Rules is to automatically assign an owner to a Lead or Case record based on certain data condition. These conditions are specified in Assignment Rules.

So lets say, you want assign all Severity 4 cases to Tier 1 queue, you can simply create a rule on Case Assignment Rule for this. The owner will automatically be changed to Tier 1 queue once you will save the record.

If the "Assign using active assignment rules" is not available on page layout while you create or edit a case record, follow the steps on this link to put it on thr page layout.

Let me know if you have further questions on this.

Thanks,
Manish

Hi Coreen,
Bit late, but I had the exact same issue. There is definitely a bug, and the solution is: Go to Setup > Case Assignment Rules > Edit the Standard or other Case Assignment Rules. Deactivate them and reactivate them.

Seems it needs a kick! The checkbox appears for me after doing that.
