Challenge Control Access to the Org

Challenge Requirements
Create a new user with the following settings:
Profile: System Administrator
User License: Salesforce
Username: Must include guestadmin somewhere in it
The new user must be inactive

I created the new user with all the requeriments, but I mistaken typing guestadmin in the username, and when I try to edit user to correct the username I get:

Error: Please do not change usernames in the Trailhead Playground.

How can I change the username to validate the challenge?

Hi,

You cannot change the username of the trailhead playground so in this case I would suggest you create new trailhead playground and do this challenge over there.

Please mark it as solved if my reply was helpful. It will make it available for other as the proper solution.

Best Regards
Sandhya

It not works. I delete the previous playground, create a new one, but I get this error

Error: Duplicate Username.
The username already exists in this or another Salesforce organization. Usernames must be unique across all Salesforce organizations. To resolve, use a different username (it doesn't need to match the user's email address).

Hi

You have to use different username.

Suppose that you wrote in username section guestadmin@rafi.com and you
encounter error " Dublicate Username" then you must change that name. For example : guestadmin@rafixanmedli.com
And Email section and Username section must be same.

That's all.
