How to get account values in opportunity while click on "New Opportunity" button in account related list in lightning component?

when click on new opportunityAccount name and primary contact will auotmatically get from account
above are using visual force page
I design an lightning component and  need this in lightning component ?

Is "New Opportunity" button quick action type?
then you can use force:hasRecordId interface in the lightning component if
it is not a quick action please share more.
