Mallory Ramage Not completing challenges
I've been training in Trailhead for four days and everytime I complete a challenge it will not mark me completed. Simply saying that the challenge has not been completed. (see screenshot) I've had my administrator check my progess and the challenges are completed. We've looked into switching playgrounds, going between lightening and classic along with double checking my login and passwords. Still no luck. This is just one example. 
Check for below points.
1.Check from "launch" if you have connected to the same playground where you have done the challenge.
2.As this challenge is designed for classic make sure that you have done everything in classic
3.Copy pasted the link from content without any spaces at the end.
If this does not solve your issue I would suggest you create new trailhead playground and do your challenge in classic which worked for me.
