Is there any possibility to rename the label name of an object using workflow,process builder or trigger? i dont want to change it dynamically

It's not possible through workflow, process builder or trigger.

Here are the options for you 
  • Override the page layouts with the visual force page and show the label dynamically. 
  • You can try with Metadata API.
