Please help on below. I am not able to verify the challenge in TrailHead.

Sometime saleforce doesn't support trailhead try to create new play ground account check below link
https://trailhead.salesforce.com/en/modules/trailhead_playground_management/units/create-a-trailhead-playground
or you can create new developer edition

Try to create the challenge in a new trailhead playground and verify the challenge.It should work.
