Failed to run tests synchronously.: admin operation already in progress

I'm trying to run test from dev console and getting error "Failed to run tests synchronously.: admin operation already in progress".
Can any one help, as how to resolve it?

Just give it a time and try running the tests again.

if any deployment is in progress or any deployment is stuck which has this particular apex classes, then it will show this error. Try stopping all deployements or try after all deployments happens.
