Hey Guys, in my Define Sharing Rules Module, I can't select "SW Dev Manager, Director Product Management, and Director QA" because they aren't listed there.

Hi,

I think you are trying to follow the steps for 
Define a Public Group in the unit Define Sharing Rules.To do that you need to create Role Hierarchy for the Recruiting App which is mentioned in the unit Create a Role Hierarchy
