Change set not apperring in inbound change set.

After uploading changeset from 'sandbox' to 'partial copy sandbox' or from 'partial copy sandbox' to 'production', we are getting an email of successfully uploading change set to target environment but, in the target environment, we are not getting the change set in Inbound changeset. The similar case is with 'prosandbox' also.
So can you provide the solution since our deployment is pending because of this issue?

Hey at times it takes a lot of times to appear, may be in hours , some change sets might take up to 48 hours to become available due to issues moving between instances
you need to wait and watch, unfortunately no solution as of now

Sometimes it take longer. You will have to wait for it. 
I remeber once a changeset appeared after 24 hours. If you get success email then the chageset will be shown.
